General terms & conditions
Surcharges:
For individual or sample orders respectively orders deviating from our packing units, a general charge
of € 20.00 plus delivery costs will be levied.
Samples:
For administrative reasons, samples cannot be taken back.
Prices:
Without obligation, ex factory and/or fully paid within Germany / to the
border (one address) starting with € 1,000.00 value of goods (without
printing) plus the statutory value added tax.
Delivery time:
Unprinted goods: approx. one week on receipt of order
Printed goods: approx. three to four weeks on clarification of order
Payment:
Fourteen days - 2 % discount or thirty days - net after date on invoice.
Prepayment on first orders.
