FARE Style

Make your choice

Getting the best ideas by rethinking

Our world has changed. Children nowadays take to the streets to demand their future. Sustainability is an omnipresent topic among end consumers wherever you look. More accountability, more sustainability – this is a challenge that FARE is also responding to. We question things, try things out and use these insights to develop solutions. With renewable raw materials such as wood and bamboo, with the use of recycled plastics or the use of a revolutionary dyeing process for our waterSAVE® cover material. Always with the aim of decreasing CO2 and preserving resources.

Completely “green” umbrellas

When it comes to sustainability, plastic is probably not the first thing you think of. This material can also be used in an ecologically sensible way. Our ÖkoBrella umbrellas are the best example: the yarn for their STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified covers is made of recycled plastics. Each ÖkoBrella model is supplied in packaging made of compostable film, provided with a hangtag made of recycled paper and a jute cord.

The FARE ÖkoBrella family has expanded

Since the launch of the first model in 2011, the ÖkoBrella family has grown to include seven members: from inexpensive entry-level models, to mini umbrellas with auto open/close function, to a mini umbrella and shopping bag in one. This makes ÖkoBrella products perfect for sustainable communication in all sectors and for every budget.

Ingenious down to the very last detail

Finishing options for the ÖkoBrella models are extremely varied. The umbrellas not only have an advertising option on the panel, the sleeve or the shopping bag ( in the case of article 9159). The handle can also be equipped with a wooden laser sticker – matching the product – and the hangtag made of recycled paper can also be customised. In other words, the end consumer gets a product that is all from one mould.
