Do you have an umbrella from us that you would like to return? 
If you are a private customer, you can easily register your return by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. 
If you are a business customer, please contact your direct contact person at FARE.

Our sales team will provide you with a free return label by email within 24 hours (weekdays) of receiving your email, which you can then use to send your return back to us free of charge. 

Further information about your return:

  • Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged for transport.
  • Please enclose the completed return form with your return.
  • Please state the reason for return and/or describe the defect, if applicable.
