End consumer returns

Do you have an umbrella from us that you would like to return? 
If you are a private customer, you can easily register your return by using the form below.
If you are a business customer, please contact your direct contact person at FARE.

Upon receiving your email, our sales team will provide you with a free return label within 24 hours (on business days) via email, which you can then use to return the item to us free of charge.

  • Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged for transport.
  • Please enclose the completed return form with your return.
  • Please state the reason for return and/or describe the defect, if applicable.
